NeriOS is the operations platform for maritime pilot organizations — dispatch, jobs, scheduling, rides, helo, tickets, and more. Support is available to personnel of organizations that use NeriOS.

Email us at support@nerios.io. Please include your organization name and a description of the issue (and a screenshot if relevant).

Account access

Accounts are provisioned by your organization’s administrator. If you can’t sign in or need access changed, contact your administrator first; we can help your administrator if needed.

In-app feedback

Signed-in users can submit feedback and bug reports (with screenshots) directly from the app’s Feedback screen — the fastest way to reach us with context attached.
